At Tennis 4 FUN, our main mission is to rejuvenate Physical education within schools grades K-8th, with a particular focus on fostering a Love for tennis among children. We are a Non-Profit organization deeply committed to bringing children together through engaging and competitive tennis activities. We aim to make tennis accessible to all children, regardless of their backgrounds, and to provide them with the resources and opportunities to excel in the sport.
Our vision is to inspire a lifelong love for tennis and physical activity, empowering these young individuals to lead healthier, more active lives, and contribute positively to their communities. Tennis 4 FUN is dedicated to the idea that through FUN and engaging tennis experiences, we can shape a brighter, healthier future for our children.

All clasess are conducted in a FUN, Non competitive environment while promoting Fitness, Discipline, Team Work and Self-Confidence.

The beauty of our program is that we get to introduce the FUNdamentals of tennis and implement FUN to beginners and intermediate level students. Our offer is less than a fraction than what the real cost is for tennis. 

We are thankful that we can bring our program to schools. Tennis is a lifetime sport, We look forward for any feedback!!

Most frequent questions and answers

We usually offer 8  or 10 sessions  depending of how many  weeks the school prefer. 

Yes you can, Its NO to late to register your child after we already start the Tennis Session

Yes, we bring all the equipment.

We teach the FUNdamentals of Tennis, the strokes of Forehand, Backhand and Volleys. 

Water bottle, sneakers and hat optional.

Maria Velasco

Director

My name is Maria Juliana Velasco. I have been in the tennis industry for more than 20 years. I started playing tennis when I was 9 years old and I was ranked at the number 3 spot in my hometown in Colombia by the age of fifteen. I graduated from Southeastern State Oklahoma University with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education. There I played tennis Division II tennis in the position #2 in singles and position #1 in Doubles. Tennis has been a big part of my life. It has helped me in my personal and professional life.

 

Evelyn Lopez

Asistant Director

My name is Evelyn Lopez, I was born in New York, I  have about 10 years of experience working as a tennis coach. I used to coach my Daughter Amaya Lopez-Clay. I love Tennis!
